• Yoga and Movement

    Life can be unsettling and get us off center. Using body reading techniques we will see specific areas that need recalibration, alignment and attention. Through yoga postures we will use form to inform and reform. Using scaffolding we will allow the shapes to re-shape you. Our time on the mat will be empowering and leave you with a greater sense of how your body is working with you and for you. You will leave feeling organized and will have some tools to bring you back to center when life takes you off track again.

  • Meditation

    The computer or smart phone you are reading this on is a powerful tool, BUT it is only a distraction from the power within you that is not limited by satellites or electricity. Through meditation we can disconnect from the artificial sources of power that are temporary and unstable, and connect back to our inner compass that is always available and can never lose power.

    As the mind is quieted it will become more spacious, light and clear. Tapping into your intuition, gut feelings, imagination, focus, inner voice and creativity, you ultimately get to know yourself more deeply.

  • Rebirthing Breath Work

    The breath acts as a bridge between the conscious and unconscious, between the mind and the body. We will use powerful conscious breathing techniques to release old mental-emotional patterns and conditioning. Sessions can bring about a deep release on Physical, Mental and Emotional levels as well as elevate levels of consciousness and awaken clarity. This time together is nurturing and transformative.
